





Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons duck fat (or similar fat of choice)
- 3 tablespoons arrowroot flour
- 3 cups chicken or turkey stock
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Melt the fat over medium-low heat in a medium saucepan. Stir in the arrowroot flour. Stir in the chicken or turkey stock, sea salt, and pepper. Heat over medium heat and stir constantly until gravy just begins to thicken. Remove immediately from the heat.
