• 1 can of Wild Planet tuna

  • 1 large stalk of celery sliced

  • ½ cup dried sugar free cranberries

  • ¼ cup walnut pieces (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons of Paleo Mayo

  • 1 tablespoon finely diced red onion


Mix all ingredients together for a super easy, super quick meal!  You can find dried cranberries sweetened with apple juice concentrate at some stores.  Plain is healthier!  This is a great go to meal when you are in a hurry and want something filling and good for you!
