1 can of Wild Planet tuna

1 large stalk of celery sliced

½ cup dried sugar free cranberries

¼ cup walnut pieces (optional)

2 tablespoons of Paleo Mayo

1 tablespoon finely diced red onion
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together for a super easy, super quick meal! You can find dried cranberries sweetened with apple juice concentrate at some stores. Plain is healthier! This is a great go to meal when you are in a hurry and want something filling and good for you!
