• 4 dates
  • 1 cup of walnuts
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons of liquid coconut oil
  • 1/4th tsp of bee pollen
  • 1 tbsp of sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds


Put the dates in the processor first and process until they form a large clumpy ball. Mix all the other ingredients in the processor with the dates, except for the blueberries that you can add in after everything else is mixed and processed. Form small balls and refrigerate.


Enjoy a couple of these a day to increase your essential fatty acids, antioxidants, and nutritional goodness!
