Ingredients:
- 4 cups of fresh Arugula
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 2 cups sliced raw Brussel sprouts
- 1 pear diced
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup of almond or pecans
Dressing:
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup avocado or olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
Directions:
Mix mustard, lemon juice, pepper, salt, oil, and vinegar in a jar with a lid. Put remaining ingredients in a serving bowl. Shake jar with dressing and put on salad when you are ready to serve it.
