• 6 ounces frozen cranberries
  • 6 ounces frozen sweet cherries (no sugar added)
  • ¾ cup apple juice (no sugar added)
  • ½ teaspoon minced ginger
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey


Place cranberries and cherries in a sauce pan.  Add apple juice, minced ginger, and salt.  Bring to a boil over high heat for 8 to 10 minutes.  Taste and add honey if it is not sweet enough.  Cool before serving.
