- 6 ounces frozen cranberries
- 6 ounces frozen sweet cherries (no sugar added)
- ¾ cup apple juice (no sugar added)
- ½ teaspoon minced ginger
- Pinch of salt
- 1 to 2 tablespoons honey
Directions:
Place cranberries and cherries in a sauce pan. Add apple juice, minced ginger, and salt. Bring to a boil over high heat for 8 to 10 minutes. Taste and add honey if it is not sweet enough. Cool before serving.
