• 10 slices of sugar free bacon
    (Pederson is a good brand)
  • 30 pitted dates (can also use water chestnuts or pineapple chunks)


  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Use a glass dish, or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the slices of bacon into 3 pieces. Wrap a piece of the bacon around the date and secure with a toothpick. Lay the bacon wrapped dates in your baking dish and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the bacon is cooked. Cool before serving.
