• 1 cup Almond flour
  • ¾ cup Arrowroot or Tapioca Flour
  • ½ cup Golden Milled Flax Meal
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Oil (Solid, not melted)
    (or ½ butter and ½ palm oil)
  • 4 medium chicken eggs (or 3 small chicken and 1 duck)
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoons sea salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder


Preheat oven to 350F.  Line a standard bread pan with parchment paper.  In a blender or food processor, combine all of the ingredients for the bread.   Pour the batter into the loaf pan.  Bake on 350F for 35 minutes until golden on top. (Could add nuts or more seeds for variety in taste)
